INTERVIEW WITH HASSAN GUEDIOURA
Once back, we decided to interview our friend Hassan Guedioura, one of the first people we talked with when planning the project. He's french of algerian descent, and has a PhD in Post Colonial Identities, specifically researching into the post-colonial situation in europe and north africa, migration, inter-cultural perceptions and more.
So understandably he's got rather a lot of interesting things to say to us. From the beginning we have wanted to also include interviews that add current academic thought to the content of the project - so much of how we think about things comes from the very language we use to talk about it, and we want to get it right.
We set up an interview at a friends restaurant in Barceloneta (thanks!) and have an interesting evening listening to his angle on things.
