From Granada we head for Castellar de la Frontera, a tiny hilltop Andalusian village built around a castle with spectacular 360 degree views. We meet up with Antonio Carrasco who is singing in the Castellar Flamenco Festival that evening, alongside world-class dancer Noelia Sabarea.
